Don't do business with Eeze Solutions!!

I requested a quote for custom molds from Eeze Solutions(www.silicone-moulds.co.za). All communication was done with eezesolutions@gmail.com/sales@eezesolution.co.za. The sales consultant's name is Andrew Watt. I got a response that the designers were dealing with a backlog and it would take time. After 2 months I got the final design and a quote. Upon acceptance of the quote, I transferred the amount (just over R4,000 for the design, production of molds and delivery fee). I followed up with Andrew as to when I can expect my molds to be delivered, he responded that production was set for the following week (26th April) and he would let me know if there were any changes. The following week he said the molds would be ready for delivery on the next Monday (the 10th of May). I have sent 3 emails to follow up on expected delivery and have not received a response.
