This business is a complete ****, they will respond so quickly and give efficient customer service while you're enquiring, after you made a payment, you will never hear from them again, they will block you. You will never receive your order
I placed an order online on the 11/07/24, on 22/07 i enquires as i had not heared or received anything, they told me my details ( phone numbers and addresses), they updated, so they said i will receive my order within 24-48 hrs.on 25th i enqired again as i had not received anything, they said my order has been returned and i will receive my refund within 24-48 hrs. 1/08/24, i asked again about my refund, they rep**** on the 4th saying my order was delivered on the 30th to Sindisiwe. I asked where was it delivered since i was informed that it was returned due to wrong addresses and how do they deliver without calling or messaging prior, and i dont know anyone by that name. I got a response today on 7/8/24, that they will investigate and get back to me within 24-48 hrs again.. ..i not hopeful at all, Woolworths has turned into a ****. The mighty has indeed fallen
I want to share my horrible experience with uber eats, i ordered pizza from the app on friday 1 March 2024, the puzza was never delivered, when i required, tgey said they had refunded, but i haven't been refunded until now.
I bought 2 dresses last year November, till today haven't received them. I've been sent from oillar to post since December, even sent away at the gate.
I bought a wedding ring last week Monday, it was bit bigger. They offered to have it resized for me, which I thought was complimentary with the purchase. Yesterday I went to collect it, was told to pay repair fee R599 ?, OK. Then the ring is still big, I was told to pay again if I want to resize again. How do I pay for their mistake....
Pathetic, since my review on hello Peter in May, they responded saying they will dispatch my book, until today there is nothing. I can't even get hold of them. Unisa must remove these fraudsters from their list of book shops.
I bought 2 books on 9 April 2021, I haven't received my order. Their website isn't very informative, they don't respond to emails, their telephone line is always unavailable. It's so sad because they are listed on Unisa book shop list, I had to submit assignments in the meantime, I need the books to successfully complete my course
