“Worst Service Ever – Beware!” Avoid this business at all costs!
I am pursuing legal action because no “specialist” can be found at this premises - FIX IT ALL AUTO REPAIR CENTRE Vanderbijlpark. I entrusted Rudi Basson to repair my vehicle’s valve body, with his promise to complete the job within three days. I paid a 70% deposit upfront. Two days later, I discovered through my vehicle’s Tracker that he had driven 356.8 km in one day, visiting multiple locations including Vanderbijlpark, Pretoria, Centurion, Randburg, and Alberton—clearly using my vehicle for personal errands while spending my deposit. Instead of purchasing the new parts as quoted, he reused old components that were in unacceptable condition. I had to call daily for updates. Rudi comes across as a nice guy, and you easily fall for his lies—hook, line, and sinker. The valve body and torque converter were eventually fixed by another service provider, which I paid directly. Meanwhile, Rudi worked on the gearbox, which suddenly became “problematic.” After three months of excuses and delays, I collected my vehicle and had another service provider inspect it. Their response? “It looks like a toddler rebuilt your gearbox.” Everything was rebuilt incorrectly—damaged seals, incomplete bushes, and overall shoddy workmanship… In the end, he failed to deliver on his promises, returned my vehicle in worse condition, and misused both my deposit and my vehicle. I strongly advise against using his services. He is unreliable, unprofessional, and not equipped to perform the work he advertises.

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Not Recommended Avoid this business at all costs. I purchased parts that turned out to be defective / damaged, and although they initially promised a refund, they became completely unresponsive once I left the premises. They locked their gates and refused to answer calls. The staff were extremely rude and displayed a shocking lack of professionalism. I strongly advise others not to buy from them or engage in any business with them.
