Excellent after sales service
Great service. Bought a trampoline on Takealot and after 2 years needed spares. Takealot were not able to assist but I dealt directly with Seagull Industries the importers of Seagull trampolines. Within 7 days received by replacement parts. Excellent service by Terence and the team.

Poor service
Delivery took 3 weeks which in itself is long. However my gripe is you pay for delivery but still have to go and fetch the package at some shop which may not be close to you. When I wrote to zasttra about this no response in over a week. Very poor communication and no care attitude it seems.
