Wispeco pull up your socks on service please monopolizing the industry then discarding small business is really shameful.
I just had the most ********** experience with wispeco alrode my business is in the manufacturing business and wispeco is the largest supplier of the aluminium that we use I drove to alrode and wished to enquire about doing business with them and the costs that will be inquired with their process but unfortunately the guards told me I won't be able to go through and see sales or any assistance the gentleman then suggested that he phones the relevant department and so he did I was taken from pillar to post from reception area I spoke to atleast four people before finding a gentleman who never gave me his name or what his capacity in the company is I had already repeated myself five time already and was told he would immediately send me the information as I can not come through their gates, I find myself astonished at how small business get's assistance from these big players that they cannot even keep to their words I'm disappointed I have to drive back to Pretoria with no assistance talk about the lagerst suppliers in Africa we really far from professionalism and bridging the gap of inequality if this is the normal culture of their business truly disappointed from LEHLOHONOLO MOKOENA

Pick n pay appalling service in the katlehong branch
I had the most horrendous experience at pick n pay chris Hani mall based in katlehong Ekhuruleni area, i was there to purchase some essentials and a bus ticket. The money market terminal was left unattended for thirty minutes while i awaited assistance, a lady named asked me to wait and i did as i was instructed yet not help for approximately thirty minutes this is really appalling coming from such big business, once help came through she lied to my face and said there were no buses coming from Umtata to Germiston on the day i had inquired, this pick n pay employee had no name tag neither was she friendly, the customer service at Chris hani is not helpful to us the consumer i feel i literally take my hard earned money and pay for bad service, i later discovered the lady who was tending to is named Teboho i very disappointed at the current service pick n pay is allowing in katlehong, furthermore the other stuff just looked as i stood for service the security gentleman was helpful thank you.
