Terrible quality and no support or client care
Bought a folding French Pane window (crealco) a few years ago. Hardly use the folding mechanism but the lock mechanism failed after about a year. Asked out installer to have it repaired and he got some parts under warranty. Unfortunately the guy passed on and now these guys refuse to repair it under warranty. The quality of the metal used on the mechanism is so fragile that the backing plate today just broke right through because of the spring loaded lock. Terrible product with worse support.

Wispeco pull up your socks on service please monopolizing the industry then discarding small business is really shameful.
I just had the most ********** experience with wispeco alrode my business is in the manufacturing business and wispeco is the largest supplier of the aluminium that we use I drove to alrode and wished to enquire about doing business with them and the costs that will be inquired with their process but unfortunately the guards told me I won't be able to go through and see sales or any assistance the gentleman then suggested that he phones the relevant department and so he did I was taken from pillar to post from reception area I spoke to atleast four people before finding a gentleman who never gave me his name or what his capacity in the company is I had already repeated myself five time already and was told he would immediately send me the information as I can not come through their gates, I find myself astonished at how small business get's assistance from these big players that they cannot even keep to their words I'm disappointed I have to drive back to Pretoria with no assistance talk about the lagerst suppliers in Africa we really far from professionalism and bridging the gap of inequality if this is the normal culture of their business truly disappointed from LEHLOHONOLO MOKOENA

Wispeco - bunch of incompitents
I contacted wispeco to obtain some aluminium sections for a prototype project where I was shunted from pillar to post and eventually told that I have to phone a stockist of theirs in wadeville as they don't sell to public (when I last looked, I was a registered business). I phoned heir stockist who informed me they don't carry the section I need. I phoned wispeco back and they as me for the section number and afterwards told me its a non standard section which they don't stock, however, their catalogue lists it under (standard Profiles). The bottom line is that they are totally incompetent. I ended up getting the "unusual" sized tubing from Builders warehouse who had plenty of stock.

Overworked and underpaid
To work at this place is a drag . The money is OK but not at such a high cost as to miss out on family life and breaking your body. Just to go unnoticed. In terms of recruitment, it's not what you know, it's who you know. When it comes to their stock, only the best for the customers. When it comes to the money there's always a problem, ranging from pay grade discrepancies to late payments. They ask of their working staff to give 100% yet the staff gives 150%. More and more responsibility gets piled up on staff members only to recieve the same payments which is unfair. It's also known to most floor staff that a new recruit had a fraudulent matric certificate and was investigated yet he still has the job, another one never met the requirements and didn't get a permanent position but actually got the position in the same day as one of the staff members -who is actually a family member- disputed their decision, I've brought in many curriculum vitaes of family members but wait, no job. The human resource manager actually wrote her matric exam this year (wait what?)and the operations manager is sketchy, allowing outsourced maintenance people to take certain s**** items and materials at will and for free, whereas the staff has to pay or need to explain formaly why they need it, and was the previous operations manager of wispeco anodizing, that particular department closed down and most anodizing staff transfered to the plant at parow business Park. Also it seems anodizing staff gets more perks than any other of the staff. Not one of my fellow colleagues will mention this let alone post it for fear of losing their jobs. Enough is enough. This company is corrupt. In the words of Roger Naidoo, "wispeco is a fair company". Really Roger? Really?

BAD & INCOMPLETE SERVICE BY Wispeco Industrial Doors Import and Export (Pty) Ltd
<p>After having paid the company in full and making/sending various calls/messages afterwards, I am still waiting for the company to finish the job by fitting the roll door enclosure which was removed during the time of repair. Barend ********** 332 ********** even tried to convince me that the enclosure is not neccessary as it might come loose and fall on people..says something about their workmanship ? </p>

This lady is rude and unhelpful. I am trying to do my job to confirm a collection from some-one working at Wispeco. She blatantly says 'No, i cannot assist You' and 'No, i do not have a number'. cant she be a bit more friendly with the people calling in? i wonder how much business You lose everyday due to her attitude?<br> I asked to speak with her manager but she neglected to put me through, then I called back to get her name and she refused to give me her name and put the phone down in my ear. if this is how you treat clients. good luck for the future.
