This lady is rude and unhelpful. I am trying to do my job to confirm a collection from some-one working at Wispeco. She blatantly says 'No, i cannot assist You' and 'No, i do not have a number'. cant she be a bit more friendly with the people calling in? i wonder how much business You lose everyday due to her attitude?<br> I asked to speak with her manager but she neglected to put me through, then I called back to get her name and she refused to give me her name and put the phone down in my ear. if this is how you treat clients. good luck for the future.
