I am very unhappy with the service we are getting from DSTV. First DSTV failed to action the arranged debit order from the bank and blamed my fiance for their short coming. Then they put our DSTV off for a month. We then paid the installment and a re-connection penalty fee in order for us to have DSTV for June! We were able to watch TV for only a few days and DSTV disconnected us again. When my fiance called them to ask what is going on, they advised that we still owe them over R500 claiming that we are behind. When asking to speak with a manager, they're conveniently never available ... HOW ARE WE BEHIND IF WE WERE DISCONNECTED FOR A MONTH ?!?!?!?! AND HAD TO PAY A RE-CONNECTION PENALTY ?? i tried to send money via e wallet, managed to send it to the wrong number. i called fnb immediately to return the money and was told it would take 4 to 5 working days. also, i am being charged R50 admin fee ????? ok... fine.... i will live with the admin fee.... but why am i waiting 4 to 5 working days to get my money? what if i was sending it to my parents who need money now to be able to buy food ? and this is all the money i had left, and now they have to wait 4 to 5 working days for me ? i really think this is very bad service.
i have been to sars around 7 times. every time i go i get told i need to bring something else. then the last time i went my information was loaded incorrectly by the lady that assisted me and i had to go in again. what sars fail to realize, i have to keep borrowing money to go to the sars office and my work thinks im taking chances because no-body can possibly be going to sars so many times for the same things ?? apparently my information has been loaded correctly now, but now i am still waiting for my returns. when am i going to receive my tax returns? why is sars messing me around so much !?!?!? i cant even complain over the phone when i call to find out as the lady i spoke with the last time only said 'why do you want to complain?'....... then when i want to complain when i am at the sars office, there is nobody to complain to or its just being brushed off ? (the only people that assisted me was the ladies a saw the last time) but now the auditors are making me wait for my pay out? what is going on??? why am i being sent from pillar to post and waiting for almost 3 months for my money to pay out to me? Sars is quick to make you pay penalties but wont pay out when they owe you ???

<p>i would like a balance statement/settlement letter for my personal loan. i know i have been handed over. but why is this so dificult? i would like some-one to mail this statement/settlement letter to me because i am requesting it! i do not have to explain why i would like to know how much i still owe ?? I tried to call 086*010*0372 but the person who answered was rude and short with me saying i need to go into the branch. but i know for a fact, because ive done it before, the teller tells me they cannot assist because i need to call the legal department and then the visious cycle starts all over again!</p> <p>i do not have a car so i cannot just hop in it and go the the mall. furthermore, i cannot take time off work either. so what am i to do?</p> <p>please can some-one just email me a statement/settlement letter for the balance i am still owing on my personal loan??</p>
