I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY ORDER 7668
I purchased the dark knuckles oil from them on the 2nd of August of which it was only shipped 2 weeks after I’ve enquired about it without a response for a while. I enquired again two weeks later without any response and then decided to track my parcel and it shows that it arrived at the courier company first week of September of which and now it says parcel ready to be collected at the collection point that time I don’t even know where the collection point is and two I’ve paid for delivery to my address. Their customer service is really frustrating and I’m never purchasing anything from them. The lack of communication is frustrating.

PENDING REFUND
I bought the minoxidil foam pack without knowing that a pregnant person shouldn’t be using minoxidil. I then cancelled the order a day later of which they approved and said they’ll cancel and refund only to deliver the items. I then sent them an email asking them to come collect of which they did and apologised for the error on their side, however, I never received my refund. I have been sending countless emails enquiring about it and nothing. They nolonger respond to my emails.

MISSING ITEMS FROM MY ORDER (ORDER NO. 10939681
I bought 5 items from Superbalist on Tuesday and only received 3 and the two missing were the most expensive ones from all the items I bought. Been filling their help center forms for several times and they keep on sending emails with reference numbers. I spoke to the delivery guys when they came to deliver and they told me that those are the only items they received and that I should wait till tomorrow if still not delivered then I should contact Superbalist which I have been doing.I NEED TO KNOW WHERE THE REST OF MY ORDER IS OR KINDLY REFUND ME!!
