Went to the store for a trade in and Duncan Powell assisted me. Poor service, zero quality and communication. I’ve been waiting for feedback since I sent my application but till today. Nothing!!!!Worst Worst experience. Especially coming from a sales rep. I tried calling and texting but he didn’t even bother himself! Just a blunt respond.Or maybe I was too black to be assisted by him👎👎
I took my car for service this morning and I enquired about the shuttle services when I made the booking and they said it’s available when you bring the car in the morning and in the afternoon when they are done. They brought me to work in the morning and later on Laurine Khenene told me that I have to arrange my own transport because she won’t be sending her driver to come pick me up in Parktown at 16:00. She was very rude, not professional at all and very arrogant. No apologies at all. Such an inconvenience from Renault the glen.
