I tried contacting the recommended contact person and after sending a WhatsApp as suggested asking when is a good time to call and actually using manners and greeting the person - I received a rude response without be greeted at all Saying 'I prefer email'. I then sent that I as a client would have liked to discuss something and then said I will write a review. She then said " If it makes you feel better to pick fights and slander people go on. I have done nothing wrong to you. I am on the road all day and training people. I reserve the right to choose a communication platform that works for me." Yes, she does have a right to reserve her preferred communication platform BUT at least acknowledge that I am a potential client and that I may also ask questions. I then blocked this person and received an sms saying "You say you are a client. Have you used my services and paid for them? Hello Peter works both ways. I will contact them and have them take your unfair review down. Best believe I will not take this bullying lying down. You are welcome to use a service you can call all day if you like regardless of where people are and what they are doing. My God is bigger than the internet." How can someone be a client when they get treated with no respect and may not even ask to call? Honestly feel that this is disappointing.
