Worst experience in terms of refund processes
I have been awaiting my refund from Makro Riversands, unit was collected by value express on the 7, and I am told it's still in transit it's 12 days after and it's still the same story, bad service indeed, it was my first time buying online and they ruined my shopping experience, that was the last time buying from them, I was planning on my house hold appliances from them for my new house, now they just lost on the new customer.

Registration document
I went to kagiso traffic dept on the 31st of May 2021 to renew the license disc, I gave the consultant at renewal counter 21 by the name of khutso, all the documentation needed including car registration document, when he handed back the documents, he only gave back the renewed disc paper and a free holder but not the registration paper, drove back to my place hence I had to prepare for my late shift, when I took the papers with me to them house I noticed one document missing but I couldn't go back due to time, went therebthe following and he said I didn't give him the document, he checked and he said i didn't leave them again, I'm sure I left it there cos I recall very well that he didn't give it back but with the slip of mind, I went straight home, and there's no way I could have left them anywhere else cos I drove back straight to my place. I require that they do investigation on this or I am taking this further.
