Worst ever client service experienced. And Liptonics being Samsung’s ACCREDITED Service Centre in the Cape. Complete disaster. Cannot believe that Samsung appointed them as service agent.Poor customer service. Samsung please find another agent in Cape Town. Worst service. They take forever to fix issues and they don't answer phones, don't respond to emails. Its just so frustrating.Completely non-existent customer service. Flooded kitchen after terrible workmanship and then puts blame on me, refuses to fix his terrible workmanship, has 101 excuses of cell phone being broken, technicians are all in hospital, terrible service and SAMSUNG should be ashamed of having this clown as their service Centre -AVOID AVOID AVOID Even a Samsung shop started to laugh when i went in their for help and when i mentioned that Liptronics is the company they all laughed and said sorry as they used to use them but with the above mentioned service happening weekly they have stopped using them.
