Very, very disappointed in Columbia's lack of customer service - they don't do the brand any justice. I was given a Columbia jacket for my birthday, which was bought in Dubai. Exactly the same jacket are in our shops here in SA and they were not interested in exchanging my M for a S - some excuse that the sizes differ - could they not at least see if the M is the same size as the one in SA shops. And it took 4 weeks for a response from them after we had to phone for a reply on our email yesterday.
What a bunch of bullies - if you don't have a Discovery Bank account you can no longer earn cashbacks on your gym fees as a Vitaly member!!! Seriously discriminating in my opinion plus Virgin Active will now lose two more members
