Highly Disappointed, poor Customer service and communication skills

Honestly doesn’t even deserve 1 star!!! Terrible service. On the 1st June 2021 I went to Mega Couch inside Highveld Mall (Witbank), the sales lady was having a conversation with another lady whom I thought was a customer but no she was a friend and couldn’t bother to help a potential customer until I asked if there was anyone who could help me. Anyway fast forward I buy a headboard and I’m told it will be delivered on Thursday the 3rd as deliveries are only made on Tuesday and Thursday. I asked the sales lady (Angey) what time it will be delivered and she says she doesn’t know as they’ve too many deliveries ( with an attitude). Thursday comes, around 3pm I call the lady asking if they’ll still deliver and she tells me even if it’s 12AM they will deliver I just need to be patient!!! At 17:22 pm I get a call from the delivery guy saying they are coming to me but are making a detour to the mall to exchange a bed for another customer! So I should wait, exactly 2 hours later at 19:22 pm I call the driver and he tells me they had to leave my headboard at the store because it was the wrong color and Angey the sales lady said she will call me to explain. I immediately called Angey and she asked me if I can call in the morning! I have been waiting on a delivery the whole day and when it can’t happen no one bothers to call me. The apology was felt like it was squeezed out of her. I’m highly disappointed and now I have to wait for Tuesday to get my headboard, that’s if no other issues arise. Definitely won’t be buying from them again ??
