I was unhappy with the product and contacted the manager 2 days later (over a weekend) they refuse t0 give me credit due to the name bed been u wrapped which their driver unwrapped when he delivered. Now I have an unwanted bed. Is the NCA 7 days return Policy then not valid to this company

Excellent service and great quality
The ladies at the store were very patient and helped me select the best style and fabric that suited my needs. It was truly a pleasure making a purchase. The guys that delivered my items even removed the bubble wrap and put the items together without me even asking. Well done and keep it up.

Excellent service and great quality
The ladies at the store were very patient and helped me select the best style and fabric that suited my needs. It was truly a pleasure making a purchase. The guys that delivered my items even removed the bubble wrap and put the items together without me even asking. Well done and keep it up.

Highly Disappointed, poor Customer service and communication skills
Honestly doesn’t even deserve 1 star!!! Terrible service. On the 1st June 2021 I went to Mega Couch inside Highveld Mall (Witbank), the sales lady was having a conversation with another lady whom I thought was a customer but no she was a friend and couldn’t bother to help a potential customer until I asked if there was anyone who could help me. Anyway fast forward I buy a headboard and I’m told it will be delivered on Thursday the 3rd as deliveries are only made on Tuesday and Thursday. I asked the sales lady (Angey) what time it will be delivered and she says she doesn’t know as they’ve too many deliveries ( with an attitude). Thursday comes, around 3pm I call the lady asking if they’ll still deliver and she tells me even if it’s 12AM they will deliver I just need to be patient!!! At 17:22 pm I get a call from the delivery guy saying they are coming to me but are making a detour to the mall to exchange a bed for another customer! So I should wait, exactly 2 hours later at 19:22 pm I call the driver and he tells me they had to leave my headboard at the store because it was the wrong color and Angey the sales lady said she will call me to explain. I immediately called Angey and she asked me if I can call in the morning! I have been waiting on a delivery the whole day and when it can’t happen no one bothers to call me. The apology was felt like it was squeezed out of her. I’m highly disappointed and now I have to wait for Tuesday to get my headboard, that’s if no other issues arise. Definitely won’t be buying from them again ??

Bad service
I bought a base set at megacouch and has warranty, not that I want to claim,, I'm told that the supplier is nowhere to be found. It has a logo of the megacouch. Their customer care is ineffective and whats platform is worse.

I received an excellent service from Springs branch of Mega Warehouse. My request for assistance with a base for matrasse that was purchased from there. My issue was attended to without any hassles.The after sale service was just unbelievable.Tanya , who assisted me, recognised me as i walked into their office and even used my correct name, that is impressive indeed.She then promised to advise me within a week outcome of my complaint.I received a call on Staturday, the 19th September 2020, that all has been sorted. Would like to thank Enricho and his team at Springs branch, i may not remember all by names, but to everyone who helped , thank you so much.

Day Light Robbers
I would never buy from this Shop anymore they are Daylight Robbers, if you are thinking of buying from them PLEASE DONT! Bad quality Furniture as well as i look at reviews, but I didn’t get my Couch I bought on layby amounted to R19 000

I would never buy from this Shop anymore they are Daylight Robbers, if you are thinking of buying from them PLEASE DONT! Bad quality Furniture as well as i look at reviews, but I didn’t get my Couch I bought on layby amounted to R19 000

Bought a Queen Size bed from Mega last Thuesday. Representative told me we would receive the bed today. I contacted them to follow up and they told me they don't have stock and I will only receive the bed next Thuesday. No one contacted me to tell me this beforehand
