I again write of my disappointment with GWM Boksburg.My car issue is not yet resolved My car, a GwM florid, 1.5 not yet fixed.They ordered parts anthe ABS sensor is not the right one after waiting from January 2026, is March 2026 now, Today, 18 March 2026, I found my mycar with it's immobilizer removed by GWM Boksburg.Their explanation is, the car was not starting, so they decided without contacting me to remove the immobilizer and alarm.I only discovered this when collecting the car! Is this how to deal with a client? As I drove home, an EBD light started popping out, boot would not close or lock! These things were not happening before GWM worked on the car! What happened there? From January 2026, even today in March 2026, the car has not been finished yet more things seem to be going wrong now! Can GWM please do things right the first time?
I have been struggling trying to get my wife's GWM 2011, Florid car fixed. About 4 mechanics including two of the so called RMI registered professional motor mechanics. We have lost money because the car could not be fixed properly 100%.The car continued overheating non-stop. One of the big Car services center quoted us R74 000, in order to rectify problem. We clearly could not afford that exorbitant amount. We came across Mr Oliver, an ordinary local mechanic who took our car in and quoted us less than R10 000, to fix the car. He resolved the problem without us paying through the nose for his services. This man solved our car issue without all the glitter and fancy adverts of self promotions! He is a simple man that does an honest and perfect job. Thank you Mr Oliver from Wright Park Springs.
I had an issue with one person since July 2025 until September 2025. I finally decided to request Legal Wise to assist. My case was handled by Legal Counsellor, Monique King. She sorted the issue out for me within a space of one month. Monique offered a sound advice without being judgmental. She kept me updated with all the developments. Even after the issue had been resolved she called to confirm whether all was concluded without any problem. Thank you Monique.
We had a great experience from Pace Car Rentals. We got a car from them from the 23 October 2025 to 25 October 2025.They were very helpful. We had to resort to them as the initial car rental we had booked from demanded a credit card with R15000, deposit. We could not meet those terms. Our friends told us about Pace Car Rental. What a pleasure to deal with this team. Special thanks to Li-Anne, manager at their storage in East London near the Phalo Airport. Friendly and customers centered lady! Thanks Li-Anne for taking care of us when returning the car.
We visited Zuri Place bed and Breakfast from the 23 October 2025 to 25 October 2025. It is a very nice place. Located close to amenities. The place is kept need and tidy. Very secure and safe. We experienced no wild noises or unruly elements during our stay there. We can only ask the owners to check their front gate control systems. It poses a danger to new visitors. The remote control gate needs to be set such that it does not close itself while a car is exiting or entering. Otherwise we had a great stay!
I have a service plan policy MPD SE-4548152 with them. Last month i was advised that my premium would be increase to double what i am paying currently. I wrote back to them and advised that the double premium amount was not affordable for me. Their response, was that, is either i pay the increased premium or cancel. They further advised that my request for my car service will not be considered unless i pay the increased premium. I then rep**** that it is best for me to cancel. The further communication was received since last month.But the old premium was deducted on 25th August from my account. I phoned today wanting to know what the status of the policy is. I was informed that the policy has been cancelled but no confirmation of cancellation will be received until i have paid a cancellation fee of R1000, and other admin costs that they are calculating. Nobody bothered to inform me about all this until i followed up today. Even now i do not know what cancellation fee they will come up with. I am grossly aggrieved by this. MVIA is out and out to make me pay more and more even after stating that i can not afford the increase premium.Now they want more money from me for cancelling the policy.

I experienced a car breakdown and needed a towing service last week. My insurance company arranged on my behalf a towing service with JFJAssist. This team provided me with an excellent service. I had hardly ended the call with my insurance company when JFJ Assist contacted me. They wanted to confirm my location, and estimated time they will be there. In less than 10 minutes their truck was already pulling up. They rendered a super customer service. My car was delivered at home in no time without any hassles or delays. Very impressive & efficient team of husband and wife business. They are the A team for me.
I received a great service and fast response for towing my car that had broken down. I was swiftly rescued and our car was already being loaded on a truck of the towing company in not more than fifteen minutes of making the call for help. The service provider that was assigned responded quickly and no anxious long waiting
On 27 March 2025, i contacted Vodacom. I requested number,s, 0716124985 0662691243, & 0768306340, be cancelled. I was advised that these could be cancelled as they are sim card only. I was sent a quotation and documents to sign and email back. I sent proof of payment and the signed documents back to Vodacom via email. I was informed that only one number will be upgraded, 0662276471, and a tablet will then be sent to me for this number. Monthly payment to be R349.00 The tablet finally came mid-April 2025, but the correct upgrade was never done as per agreement. Instead, all the numbers were upgraded to expire in 2027. These numbers were supposed to be cancelled not upgraded. It has been 5 times trying get this resolved, and it looks like nobody is willing to help. I have been querying this matter since April,2025, even last week Monday, I queried this , and each time iam told that Vodacom will come back to me. When I try to call cancellations, 1958, I cannot be helped because according to them, this is not their issue , I must phone a third party…0861103195. This is too much now. Is Vodacom trying to force these upgrades down my throat? I never agreed to the upgrade of those 3- lines, I wanted them cancelled, and I still ask that they be cancelled. These numbers, should be cancelled. , 0716124985 0662691243 & 0768306340!!!! Can someone at Vodacom please assist with this cancellation.
