I received an excellent service from Springs branch of Mega Warehouse. My request for assistance with a base for matrasse that was purchased from there. My issue was attended to without any hassles.The after sale service was just unbelievable.Tanya , who assisted me, recognised me as i walked into their office and even used my correct name, that is impressive indeed.She then promised to advise me within a week outcome of my complaint.I received a call on Staturday, the 19th September 2020, that all has been sorted. Would like to thank Enricho and his team at Springs branch, i may not remember all by names, but to everyone who helped , thank you so much.
