Bad service
i bought a rug from MR Home Menlyn, the rug was too small so i went to brooklyn to see if they had bigger but they did not and i wanted to have a credit however i lost my till slip, they said i must get a re print from menlyn, i went to menlyn. the cashier was very rude to mee, she called the manager who was just as rude and refused to do a reprint and said i had to get something else to that value they will not refund me, i told him i didnt want anything else so he wrote on a piece of paper the ammount and his name and tore if off the book and gave it to me, i am horrified,

I was unhappy with the product and contacted the manager 2 days later (over a weekend) they refuse t0 give me credit due to the name bed been u wrapped which their driver unwrapped when he delivered. Now I have an unwanted bed. Is the NCA 7 days return Policy then not valid to this company

i have recently requested a statement and found out that Apple tv has been deducting money for movies that i have never requested, i only use apple tv subscription and no additional this is crazy

I has to contact them to find out where my parcel was they said failure to deliver due to incorrect details however the supplier and myself had the correct details now they want to charge me extra I asked for a manager to call me yet no one has

i shared a review on google maps about the service we received, they eagerly sent me a form to complete and said they would get back to me, this was a few weeks ago, so i guess their service in indeed very bad as they can not even get back to a bad review

Where is my refund
I returned products two days after purchase, i was told HO will refund me, i have my banking details and got a credit note, this was almost two weeks ago and no one now knows about it, the manager from menlyn dod not even call me like he said he would What shocking service, this is theft Return my money

shocking services
what shocking experience I've had with Sanlam Personal Loans I app**** and got accepted for a personal loan a week ago, debi check done etc. I call back a few days after the application to see why I have not received the monies and get told my bank statement needs to be from 1st to last day not 25th to 24th (does that really matter) which i then sorted out however no one called to tell me this beforehand Long story short I have been calling them multiple times on a daily basis and still noting has happened, I even requested for a manager to call me and, as always, I get told i will get a call and NOHING.
