Pathetic after service due to rusting gate

20 May 2020 I paid deposit for an Trellidoor, Galvanized, Powder coated, Packaging and Delivery and Installation form above company in Gansbaai. It was installed by 2 very efficient men. We where happy. In November we received an call form the Company verbalizing the gate was from a bad batch they will replace the gate in January free of charge due to rusting etc. Needless to say it is June and nothing has been done. Every time we follow up we are told they busy Reviewing different gates and promised with replacement dates. If we do not follow up we hear absolutely nothing from the Company. I have many E mails as proof. And there empty promises as well. At present we sitting with a rusted 1 Year old Trellidoor "galvanized gate" and no news from company.
