Double debit
Cell C is really the worst network for the past few days I couldn't make calls nor send SMS...let alone the struggle to get my funds back ...they called me and said funds should take another 24hours to be in my account after the case number is logged I'm still waiting ....they must not think that money will cover September and that take the easy way out

Poor Service
I'm struggling to sort out an issue with Cell C now for a whole month they stay say they gana get back to me they double deducted me and owe me R748.00 ...Cell C really is a bad network and really poor service and I'm a loyal customer

Bad service
Hi I'm here to lay a complaint against Cell C ...I didn't have enough funds in my account in order for July's debit of R678.00 to go off ...2 August I made a payment of R678.00 via my banking app sent them prove of payment...31 August they debit me R1426.00...now for 28 September Cell C wants to debit me R748.00 as where they suppose to only debit me R678.00...I made numerous calls speaking to different agents and got reference numbers and was told the cases will take 2 -3 working days
