Awful experience. I made a claim for a damaged TV in early April 2021 and it took nearly two months (and several follow up calls) to finally speak to someone regarding my TV at which point they decided that they wished to collect my only TV for inspection just before the Euros start. We are talking an old LG TV thats more than 10 years old and was particularly expensive when I bought it in 2010. The fella that I spoke with several times sounded like he need to some redbull and he didnt quite understand that on one occasion I was unable to write down an email address whilst driving along the M6..bless.. Anyway, for the sake of a £600 TV Ive decided to not proceed with my claim and have cancelled the process. Its my own fault - its what I deserve for trying to save a few bob on a contents policy and I will learn from it. I certainly will not ever renew with this company nor recommend them to anyone unless I dont particularly like that person.
