Well i am not happy with my Excess recovery fee outcomes "Uneconomical" i was hit by an Governmet vehicle and my Excess recovery took a year which i understand however i did not like the fact that i always had to call for follow ups and after a year i was told this is uneconomical but repairs were roughly +-R42 000 on my brand new Polo 2022 model. I cant help it but gave it 1 star im sorry.

I Never thought I'd write this review, Budget insurance is utter nonsense now. It's appalling. And it's disappointing because I still wanted to insure with them. I have spent R250 on airtime alone trying to get through to the scratch and dents department. They don't want to listen or fix my minor scratches on my vehicle. Last time I claimed. It went smoothly. N now they are literally ducking my calls after all the premiums iv been paying with no claims in the past year and half. Budget you have disappointed because of your actions. Budget IS NOT WHAT IT USED TO BE. DON'T UNDERTAKE THEIR BUSINESS. YOULL BE DISAPPOINTED.

Awful experience. I made a claim for a damaged TV in early April 2021 and it took nearly two months (and several follow up calls) to finally speak to someone regarding my TV at which point they decided that they wished to collect my only TV for inspection just before the Euros start. We are talking an old LG TV thats more than 10 years old and was particularly expensive when I bought it in 2010. The fella that I spoke with several times sounded like he need to some redbull and he didnt quite understand that on one occasion I was unable to write down an email address whilst driving along the M6..bless.. Anyway, for the sake of a £600 TV Ive decided to not proceed with my claim and have cancelled the process. Its my own fault - its what I deserve for trying to save a few bob on a contents policy and I will learn from it. I certainly will not ever renew with this company nor recommend them to anyone unless I dont particularly like that person.
