Not my order being in transit for 10 working days, no communication the chat service is terrible sending me from pillar to post I made the order on the 25th of December yet my order is not delivered, I’m so disappointed
I made an order on the 25th of December till today I don’t have my stove, their delivery company is useless my order have been in transit since 30th December, all my orders I placed with and after are delivered, I have as chatting to Fezile who just greeted and went silence until I texted again, asked for my order number waited an hour and ended the chat, don’t order at HIFI Corp please
Worst service ever, their call centre agents lies, they drag applications on purpose and they are not helpful, my application have been dragged for 4 months, what is it for if it’s not supposed to help me while I’m on maternity leave, they are heartless very useless service, they should stop deducting my money
Why is TymeBank hiring ******, I was advised card replacement is R70 that is later reimbursed back to my account, tell me why a lady working at Boxer Central Park collected R70 from me and another R70 was deducted from my account, I replaced my card around 11am 16/04/2025, I need answers because why are they *****ing, at first she agreed when I wanted to confirm that it’s R80 to replace a card only for her to get caught when I saw R70 on the machine, should I have not seen that she would have intentionally collected R80 from me which is *****ing, I’m unhappy
what a horrible place I ever lived at, 3 months was way enough for me, i was charged for finger prints until now I am moving out without those ******* biometrics, and no refund, the place is smelly, ****roach and bed bugs infested, its dirty the lifts are smelly that place is garbage, the whole management is bull including securities, they are rude, you will wait for them to open the gate because the fingerprints are not working , just this morning on my way to work I'm advised to go back to that nonsense office to do my fingerprints again or i will not be allowed back in after work, mind you i was on my way to work

Honestly they don’t deserve even that one star, let me make awareness if you are planning on getting any of their products, Telkom will never tell you that if your debit order bounced you get charged R205 irrespective of any plan you take, I have reached customer support many times to change my debit order date only to find out today that I owe them R460 for a R200 plan, thought this can help someone who is planning on taking any contract with Telkom, imma pay them and cancel their ******* contract, lying that the bank is charging where as the bank is charging me, don’t you dare people, now the math gets to R200 including all the fees the bank charges every month for the wrong debit date in 2 months, im done
If only I could start my only bank I would, I’m charged at least R500 for what I don’t know, FNB is daylight *******, don’t be fooled
