I have been trying to claim for a lost phone for the past two days from this cellphone insurance company and have waited 2 hours for calls to be taken, just for them to drop the call. I still haven't managed to get a hold of them and have been spending my mornings at Edgars trying to get in touch with them. The customer service is truly poor and there is no regard held for those who have busy work days. It is totally unprofessional, unrealistic and disgusting that you can take money from people but fail to provide them with a service. totally unacceptable. If such continues then the company should consider adding to its staff or coding it's doors
