I have never seen such poor service in my life. Have been paying R329 n month for 2 years for insurance that Vodacom sold me. Now that I need to claim Vodacom send me to Finrite and Finrite send me back to Vodacom. No one is prepared to assist. A shame on Vodacom and Finrite

I have registered a claim around March 2021 and whenever I call Finrite to make follow-up they will tell new stories, e.g claim is approved, you are advised to settle the areas for your claims to paid. I settled the areas and call them to check status of the claim (as Finrite never called me since March 2021 -Jan 2022.). I was told claim was escalated to head office for approval because it was registered late. Tried to make follow-up I was told they still waiting for head office to give them feedback. I called again, I was told to submit medical certificate to proof that I was ill. they say all calls are recorded and available on request, requested and still waiting for recording till to date. I submitted the certificate on 07 Dec 2021. I called again, the call was escalated to head office for approval and check and check after 14 days. 14 days lapsed and respond still waiting for feedback from head office. I called the twice this months and they are still waiting for their head office to give them feedback. The insurance is still active.

I have problem with Finrite insurence. I bought a phone at American Swiss Bela Bela mall and also took insurence for it and I was told incasse when I claim it will be 10%of the amount ya phone then double incase I claim in less thern 90 days. . I robed ND they took my bag with a phone inside.when I claim they told me at the store to bring the 10%percent which according to my calculations R4999. 00 it should be R499. 00 on my arrival at the store they tell. Me it's R1750 and I ask them how come they told the papers from insurence says that. I did call the insurence twice or more they only they answer to me it was mistake they ddnt tell me. So as a customer ryt jow I need to pay for theire mistake. The phone was was Samsung A32 dual Sim. I wanted to take onother phone the same for for the same amount they told me they only have ones I'm card for the with dual Sim it's about R5200. 00 I told them my self I use two simcard dn they wna give me a phone that takes one Sim. Am OK to take a phone that is R5200. 00 I'll top it up they say no ill have to take the one for R4999. 0. Again not my lro9if they don't have the dual Sim phone. I have problem with Finrite insurence. I have been trying to claim for a lost phone for the past two days from this cellphone insurance company and have waited 2 hours for calls to be taken, just for them to drop the call. I still haven't managed to get a hold of them and have been spending my mornings at Edgars trying to get in touch with them. The customer service is truly poor and there is no regard held for those who have busy work days. It is totally unprofessional, unrealistic and disgusting that you can take money from people but fail to provide them with a service. totally unacceptable. If such continues then the company should consider adding to its staff or coding it's doors

I made a claim for my lost phone 29/12/2020. It was approve, I paid the access fee & was told that within 72hrs I'll receive a sms for a voucher. Till today I haven't received it I've been constantly calling & making follow ups but they constant have excuses they couldnt assist me, bad service & they pretend not be aware of anything as if it's my first time calling I've been paying it constantly for over 7yrs. This insurance is most definitely trash.

Absolutely pathetic service the agent spoke to me like im a piece of **** this morning. First time I take out a contract and I regret doing it with vodacom insurance worse experiences of my life. I will place a stop order on my debit account and then you can take me to court every month is a problem and every time I call I get treated like ****
