My mom a pensioner was **** by Sam de Klerk. She bought Dubai Perfumes from her in September. Now she is told she needs to wait till January 2026. The parcel was packed beginning November but never send. She delete all negative reviews from her online tiktok page. Then you get blocked. Now her Facebook page and Website is not working anymore more. This is a big time ****mer.

However, the life auction link was never shared as promised. What I encountered was a pattern of ongoing extensions on the payment promise, which was supposed to be finalized within a week. Instead, each week, I found myself waiting for closure, only to receive excuses and vague reassurances that the matter was being handled. This was especially concerning as I had counted on these funds for other commitments. To add to my distress, some pieces were missing with no clear explanation provided. This lack of accountability is unacceptable, leaving me feeling unsettled and frustrated. The unresponsiveness and lack of transparency from Paul Family Auctioneers led me to question their professionalism and reliability. It’s disheartening to see such a breakdown in service, especially when individuals trust auctioneers to effectively manage their valuable items. In conclusion, I cannot recommend Paul Family Auctioneers based on my experience. I hope my feedback encourages others to proceed with caution and thoroughly vet any auction service before getting involved. If I could give 0 rating I will. A pity that a mall like Knysna Mall doesn't follow South Africa laws. They are constructing till what time at night. Not considering properties around them that must listen to jackhammer's and falling bricks till all hours at night.You can complain all you like, but no one can give you a name or number to assist. The law stipulate construction should happen between 7am and 7pm. Best off all is they don't know till when this will continue. Totally inexcusable.
I have never seen such poor service in my life. Have been paying R329 n month for 2 years for insurance that Vodacom sold me. Now that I need to claim Vodacom send me to Finrite and Finrite send me back to Vodacom. No one is prepared to assist. A shame on Vodacom and Finrite
1 month later. Still waiting for my sim card to be activated. Money taken from my account but still no service.
3 weeks yesterday still no activation of sim card. No returning calls. Last week they told me they are busy working on the system. You can't complain about service because there is no service
Never experienced such shocking service. Took my money 2 weeks ago. Simcard still not activated. Every time you phone their is a problem with the system. They say they will phone back but never do. I give up. Will never in a miljoen years recommend them to anyone
