BOWTIEKIES BAD SERVICE AND **** PERFUMES
This woman sells perfume online and on tiktok. First order goes well and then you order again. Then she starts her lies and stories. Happy to take your money. Tells my my order is at the courier in January already. No order. Tells me my Pure Musk is already packed after that. So obviously my package was NOT at the courier. Then weeks later, after 2 phone calls with just a bunch of lies, whatsapps and then eventually threatening messages, I get my order, without my Pure Musk, that was so called packed already, just added in some other terrible fragrance, tells me she has the right to do so if there no stock of what you order! My Yara Elixir she sent is a ****! The other one was at least original. Beware of this lady and her lies, deciet and excuses. She simply blocks you if you start getting upset, tells you her terms and conditions cover her, which is not true anyway, consumers have laws too, I strongly discourage business with Samantha de Klerk aka BOWTIEKIE, as my experience was horrific. Eventually after 3 months, she tells me she will send my cash back, which I did receive. She is unbelievable. I have whatsapps and email to prove my review. BEWARE people please.

This parfume lady is good for a small business. Sam @Bowtiekie know her fragrances. Yes, she were behind with her parcels but at the end of the day I received all and more. She keep me updated. She was open in all her live on TikTok and explain everything. Prices are the best, you know what you bought, AAA or originals. Terms and conditions, disclaimers were explaining everything. Thank you Bowtiekie by Sam for all my parfume and my shoes. My God bless you and your Business.

This parfume lady is good for a small business. Sam @Bowtiekie know her fragrances. Yes, she were behind with her parcels but at the end of the day I received all and more. She keep me updated. She was open in all her live on TikTok and explain everything. Prices are the best, you know what you bought, AAA or originals. Terms and conditions, disclaimers were explaining everything. I bought numerous time from Bowtiekie by Sam. Never received ****s when I Paid for Originals. She was always willing to assist. I bought more than R40k worth of perfumes from this business. It saddens me to see that Hendrike from Fragrance Alternative and Fairy Fumes and Leands from KC Cloths whom I also supported via my other profile are slandering another woman with false reviews and accusations. You should be ashamed at yourself for taking the low road and for showing your true Caracter. You should be ashamed to allow Jealousy to overtake you. I have only received great service from Bowtiekie yes I was aware of her waiting period as she works alone and are flooded with orders but I got everything I paid for and extra. Humility and kindness cost nothing. Please people don't believe the reviews that are in a negative light I can testify that those are false and intentional.

Excellent service & super reliable!
I had a fantastic experience with Bowtiekie by Sam. The service was friendly, professional, and you can really see the care that goes into every order. They are reliable and trustworthy, and everything was handled exactly as promised. My delivery arrived quickly and within the timeframe set out in the terms and conditions, which I really appreciated. It’s refreshing to deal with a business that keeps its word. In my opinion, the negative comments you might see do not reflect the true standard of this company. Sometimes people try to damage a solid, hardworking business, but my experience was nothing but positive. Thank you, Sam, for the awesome service. Keep up the great work!

It makes me so sad to see the reviews left on this business page. Bowtiekie is very clear with her waiting periods and she does inform her clients via social media platforms when orders are delayed. Please note that many of these reviews are also of actual business owners that ALSO sells perfumes and this is just a cheap jab to deter clients from another supplier. I myself bought from Bowtiekie MANY times, and yes, while the waiting period is long (which is made very clear on her page), the products I received has always been original and of good quality. It's also beautifully wrapped everytime. This is an independent woman that works by herself, be patient and know your packages will be sent out. I've always been happy with my orders, even if it means I need to wait a little bit longer. The quality has never been disappointing.

She WILL ***** your money. Do not buy from her!!
If I could give her a negative rating I would so 1 star it is. She stole my money. I Paid for an item on 21 Nov 2025. She gave me an 8 week estimate. Says because it's an import item. The product arrived last week (and I found this out from her whatsapp status post, not that she informed me) and she did not ship my item, she kept the money and said she will rather give the item to someone with a "better attitude". Guys, rather support Unwritten Scents and Rio perfumes, they are honest and client-centered, this *** will ***** your money, especially if you are non-white. And to top it off, she blocked me from whatsapp.

Don't ever buy from Bowtiekie
I have previously bought perfumes by Sam from Bowtiekie, and have not struggled to get my perfumes. Which obviously made me buy for the second time. Now i am struggling to get my stuff, everytime excuses, no answers. She said i could pick up Monday the 15th Dec, but till now nothing. And she refuse to give me a refund!! this products is Christmas presents, and now i wont have it in time! Or not at all, and it was not just R200. My total that i have bought for was R6000!!!! I was patient till now. I will take it further.

Don't ever buy from Bowtiekie
I have previously bought perfumes by Sam from Bowtiekie, and have not struggled to get my perfumes. Which obviously made me buy for the second time.
