It makes me so sad to see the reviews left on this business page. Bowtiekie is very clear with her waiting periods and she does inform her clients via social media platforms when orders are delayed. Please note that many of these reviews are also of actual business owners that ALSO sells perfumes and this is just a cheap jab to deter clients from another supplier. I myself bought from Bowtiekie MANY times, and yes, while the waiting period is long (which is made very clear on her page), the products I received has always been original and of good quality. It's also beautifully wrapped everytime. This is an independent woman that works by herself, be patient and know your packages will be sent out. I've always been happy with my orders, even if it means I need to wait a little bit longer. The quality has never been disappointing.
Absolutely shocking service from Aramex. My parcel got delivered to the wrong address (yes I supp**** the correct address). Had to call them numerous times to understand what happened and where my parcel is. I was told the query was logged and *** signed for my parcel. When I asked why someone else is allowed to sign for my parcel no answer was given. Up until now Aramex have not given any resolve or update. Don't even bother to communicate with them on WhatsApp because they DO NOT RESPOND. Thank heavens the owner of the house it was delivered to contacted me. Now I have to resolve this myself to get the parcel on time. Absolutely ********** customer service.
I am genuinely shocked with the service I have received since ordering from Makro on the 1st of June. I ordered online, with Makro's promise of the item being delivered between 2-5 working days. It is the 15th of June today and STILL the order has not been delivered or the status of the order updated. This is TOTALLY unacceptable as I have not had ANY FEEDBACK since ordering to explain the delay. I have tried numerous times to get hold of your service call centre without success and only managed to reach support on Saturday and yesterday, telling me there's a glitch in the system with no real update or telling what is happening. PLEASE do not make the mistake of ordering from Makro online if there's no collection option. You're only going to waste your time!
Very disappointed with the quality of food I have received. I have placed an order at 12:58 to be delivered at 17:00 at my apartment. I received a call at 13:37 to let me know they are almost at my location to deliver the food. I have informed the delivery guy that my order is only scheduled for 17:00 and he immediately apologised and said they will send NEWLY MADE food at 17:00. When my food finally arrived at the right time, it was VERY CLEAR that my order was simply reheated and dried out. This is absolutely pathetic as it was not my mistake and I was provided with food made almost 4 hours prior. Please provide a clear explanation of this procedure guidelines as to how a food company should properly handle this situation.
