This woman sells perfume online and on tiktok. First order goes well and then you order again. Then she starts her lies and stories. Happy to take your money. Tells my my order is at the courier in January already. No order. Tells me my Pure Musk is already packed after that. So obviously my package was NOT at the courier. Then weeks later, after 2 phone calls with just a bunch of lies, whatsapps and then eventually threatening messages, I get my order, without my Pure Musk, that was so called packed already, just added in some other terrible fragrance, tells me she has the right to do so if there no stock of what you order! My Yara Elixir she sent is a ****! The other one was at least original. Beware of this lady and her lies, deciet and excuses. She simply blocks you if you start getting upset, tells you her terms and conditions cover her, which is not true anyway, consumers have laws too, I strongly discourage business with Samantha de Klerk aka BOWTIEKIE, as my experience was horrific. Eventually after 3 months, she tells me she will send my cash back, which I did receive. She is unbelievable. I have whatsapps and email to prove my review. BEWARE people please.
