If I could give her a negative rating I would so 1 star it is. She stole my money. I Paid for an item on 21 Nov 2025. She gave me an 8 week estimate. Says because it's an import item. The product arrived last week (and I found this out from her whatsapp status post, not that she informed me) and she did not ship my item, she kept the money and said she will rather give the item to someone with a "better attitude". Guys, rather support Unwritten Scents and Rio perfumes, they are honest and client-centered, this *** will ***** your money, especially if you are non-white. And to top it off, she blocked me from whatsapp.
Order delivered on Tuesday 20 Oct 2020 and I open it to see the planter I ordered is smashed into pieces. A preceding email from customer care says that another item (tealight) is broken and I will be refunded. The cost of the actual broken item is 20x that of the tealight which was not broken. Furthermore another item from the same order just was not there. Customer care says (after using up 13minutes of mine) that a courier will come to fetch the broken item in 7-14 working days. They can't promise it will be any sooner. This after I was ignored for a week and made the effort to call today. Do your staff not know how to package fragile goods? From a store that sella breakable items? And how about trying to rob me of my money by wanting to refund me for a cheap item and not the expensive broken item? Also no follow-up communication from customer services? (A number they keep hidden so you cannot telephone them)
