Don't ever buy from Bowtiekie

I have previously bought perfumes by Sam from Bowtiekie, and have not struggled to get my perfumes. Which obviously made me buy for the second time. Now i am struggling to get my stuff, everytime excuses, no answers. She said i could pick up Monday the 15th Dec, but till now nothing. And she refuse to give me a refund!! this products is Christmas presents, and now i wont have it in time! Or not at all, and it was not just R200. My total that i have bought for was R6000!!!! I was patient till now. I will take it further.
