I bought a bed, at this lousy shop. They delivered a torn base, which I reported on the same day. It has been a week now, almost 2 weeks, no one wants to process the exchange. The suppliers are telling me a story, the Cradlestone Mall store (where I made the purchase) are giving a different AND THE WAREHOUSE are giving me a different story. LITERALLY NO ONE FROM SLEEPMASTERS KNOWS WHAT TO DO WITH THIS ISSUE AND I AM STUCK WITH THE PRODUCT. I am very frustrated and unhappy with their customer service. Their service is horrible. They also claim that the beds have warranty, I do not think that it true, seeing how they are taking me from pillar to post. I wish I could post picture on here.
I have been asking for the contract paid up letter and proof of cancellation from MTN since NOVEMBER 2023, I have sent emails and have called but NOTHING has been sent to me.
Worst customer service. The router stopped working and I contacted them to look into the issue, it has been months and nothing has been done to resolve the issue, I had to switch to another ISP.
Worst network provider, I have went back and forth with mtn for almost 3 months now, they keep charging me R500 for a R300 data sim!!! Bunch of crooks who keep "escalating" but NOTHING EVER HAPPENS!!!!
Please tell Thami from complaints that I am waiting for proof of the application form for the policy that they said I took?
You keep saying I did not log a complaint whenever I call. I'm tired.
Ackermans opened a policy with Hollard using my details and I did not know about it... I have received an sms that the policy has been cancelled but I am still waiting for communication with regards to my refund.
Listen, I am going to report this store for fraud because y'all opened a policy in my name and I did not know!!!!!
