Still sitting with same problem since may I was promised last month again that it will be sorted and still I'm the one calling in every single damn time. All I wish is that my time to cancel could draw closer because now I'm at the point that it's physically making me damn sick. I will never ever ever want anything to do with vodacom ever again if I could swear here and say what I actually want to say then I would probably be blocked
I'm so damn sick of Vodacom last month I posted a story here that I have been struggling since may. I hot someome to call me back and assured me again that my fibre will be rectified andigrated to its correct package I'm so damn sick. I feel.like taking vodacom to the newspaper
I have been wanting to be rid of vodacome for so long as they just continue to mess up. They now decided to bill me for fibre bill me extra money due to system error and octotell just de hiding trove people over to higher speeds. I wanted to cancel but a lady called in the cancelations department by the surname Singh promised me many thing just to get me not to cancel and it was all lies. I called 3 days later and spoke to another agent who said there was no record of said promises and that she sees a open migration pending that was not completed. I then get a call from a manager another Indian lady on the 3 July promising that the status is closed and I will get a credit and I won't have to call in again loads of more lies because when i called innon mday the 8 still absolutely nothing was done. They then assisted me in billing and today I call and still nothing has been done and I have been told sorry we don't have answer's for you. You can take my damn money but dont have answer's I'm so sick of vodacom there has ever ever been smooth sailing and to cancel will cost me R21 000 they say. And I wish with all my heart that I could be done with vodacom
You people make me sick. When I bought my open view HD not once was it ever said that it will expires. You don't reply to my emails my whatspp nor my Facebook messages. Now that there is a new decoder out you give us this error forcing us to by new decoder. You are blady thieves. I wish I never paid for this. You don't give people a service you give them problems and rob them

The first time in my life that I choose to take out a contract and the biggest mistake of my life was choosing Vodacom. Cancelled my insurance in November and still my account gets debited then I get told a story by Finrite that it got reactivated Lord knows how and that vodacom will credit me and now this is the **** I get that I will not be credited because finrite actually only cancelled my insurance in January
