I want to warn all current and potential customers to be very careful when signing up for cap and co-payment cover with Agility Insurance Administrators. They are not complying to the FAIS rules and regulations. I had my gap cover in place for more than 2 years now and all my waiting periods was for the fist 6 months. After 2 years I submitted a claim which was rejected due to an exclusion which they have not made known to me on policy schedule neither on their website. Luckily I know my rights and are taking them to the Ombud, but be weary they are looking for any excuse and way not to pay claims. This is a very small claim (+- R2000) How much more pain will there be when the claim is bigger. They also don't have a compliance officer or dept, which by law they should have in place. Please rather look for gapcover from you current medical aid. They all are offering it nowadays.
Please consider before doing business with A & H Wendy Houses. We have booked far in advance to have a Wendy house moved. We gave them all the correct detail and yet they failed to rebuild the Wendy in time for someone who is dependent on the Wendy as a house. The poor person was without a roof over his head for an entire weekend. They have no compassion or mercy. They are only interested in your money.

I placed an order making use of their online platform. I phoned them to enquire and each time I get told someone will follow up and come back to me.<br> This is still yet to happen. Please do not support someone who is not willing to provide the service they claim to give.
