**** the elderly
I am a 77 year old Chronic patient that pays my premiums on time. Agility insurance do not respond to my claims, emails or phone calls. Please take your business else where, they are a company that ****s the elderly. Extremely disappointing service. I am out of pocket and have been handed over due to their negligence and pathetic service.

Agility Gap Cover no response to call or emails.
Does Agility Insurance Admin and Gap Cover company actually exist? Nobody has answered the phone or no reply to submissions to my Gap Cover. Does somebody know? They are underwritten by Genric insurance and you can't get hold of them either.

Agility Gap Cover no response to call or emails.
Does Agility Insurance Admin and Gap Cover company actually exist? Nobody has answered the phone or no reply to submissions to my Gap Cover. Does somebody know? They are underwritten by Genric insurance and you can't get hold of them either.

Agility Gap Cover - a disgrace
Please advise if there are others who have problems with Agility Gap Cover. they are an absolute disgrace. Non payments, i have waiting for them to answer their phones for 35 minutes today. Asked to be put through to CEO and they refuse!

Do a background check before you sign that contract
I took a household insurance with Agility, a few years ago and the unfortunate happened. I had a roof leakage, due to rain and I took a video as it happened and sent it to them. As if the evidence was not enough, when I called them for a follow up ,they took me from pillar to post and ended up not paying my claim. My advice to anyone who wants to take out any insurance, is to do a background check of the company of interest, as well as know their offices in order for you to be able to know where to go to in case of such unfortunate events. Let's expose such companies and help others not to become the victims of these scammers DN Gauteng

Worst GAP and Co Payment Cover
Been paying this gap and co payment cover for over 5 years. Trying to claim for the first time since getting this policy. EVERYTHING has been an issue and nothing has been paid out. Procedure was done in 10.08.2021

Agility Gap Cover
I have been struggling with Finside and Agility Gap cover regarding a dispute about waiting periods on medical procedures. After Finside informed me that my claim was repudiated my lawyer wrote them a letter on the matter. The letter was ignored, no reply. I want to launch my complain with the ombuds for short term insurance but on my contract with Agility gap cover there is no contact details for the ombudsman. I have sent letters to the ombuds to the following email addresses that I got from the internet : complaints@irdai.gov.in as well as info@osti.co.za but with no reply. Please can somebody assist me because it seems that Finside and Agility gap cover thinks if they keep quiet the problem will go away. Poor service !

Do you really believe you can just bully people, and ignore the issue of payment. You are a disgrace, and one can never recommend your services to anyone.
