Complaint Regarding Recent Moving Service
I am writing to formally address my dissatisfaction with the service provided during my recent move. As a loyal client of over 20 years, I expected a high standard of professionalism, which was not met. Your team arrived with an inadequate bakkie and trailer, unsuitable for transporting my delicate wooden office furniture. Despite raising concerns with your coordinator, Belinade, my requests were disregarded, and the furniture was improperly stacked, risking damage. This handling was both unprofessional and disrespectful. Due to this experience, I will no longer engage your services and will caution others against doing so.
