Excellent, I never understood why I need insurance but my experience today has confirmed. No car issue is small/minor. I got a call from Kabelo Mabe few minutes after my request. He is a very warm person and was prompt to attend to my request, he continued to do a follow up if I have been associated which I found that to be a very good gesture. I am happy with the service I received
I am very unhappy with the service I got from the center this morning. I've been taking my baby immunization there until they started to reschedule the appointments via a call, I called the hospital on the 9th June to check when was appointment reschedule to which date, they told me that they still dnt have nurses, this morning the 14th, I call again and they tell me that I have missed my appointment. How is that even possible ?
