I ordered 6 pairs of their traditional shoes that they are selling last year it was a hustle to get them till I called and called and I received then
I ordered 6 pairs of their traditional shoes that they are selling last year it was a hustle to get them till I called and called and I received then. This year on the 12th of January I ordered 2 pairs its still a hustle till today, when I called them they don’t answer when they answer they say my line is bad as if they don’t hear me. I even suggested that they can refund me if it’s difficult to finish my pairs till today I did not receive my order

I thought Rain was good , I had a good experience with them at first but later on it was bad. I received my package from them on the 8th May 2024 then on the 9 th I called them explaining my problem that I ordered a pocket router not a home router instead on the phone they said everything is done from their side only to find out that they have done zilch . I phoned them several times to find their address in order to send their package without any luck , they came on the 5th June 2024 but what I don’t understand is the fact that they keep deducting money from my account till today as they took their router from me. For what is the money for as I didn’t use their package

It was my 1st time I wrote to them on Facebook and they called me back today am glad I did I receive a nice polite consultant that gave me an advice on their services and I made a good choice by contacting them and I am patiently waiting for my router within 3-5 days of the week the service that I received from Babalwa was excellent 👌🏼
