I’m more than upset!! Dropped my car for service at around 07:00 morning for a normal service at Toyota Shelly Beach. They were supposed to pick me up when done with service, and they called me at 16:02, telling me the driver will be picking me up from Shelly Centre, where I’d been working from the whole day. Their driver lied twice, saying I wasn’t at the spot they were supposed to pick me up from. Two hours later I’m still waiting at the same spot, for them to pick me up. It’s dark, and I need my car :(, and I need to go home. It’s the second time I have issues with pickup from this Toyota. It’s just ridiculous that something as simple as making sure the client gets his/her car can be made this hard. Don’t provide the service if you don’t have capacity to deliver the promise.
Death of a love, really one most difficult life experience, and I like most people in SA have just lost someone in my family. We take insurance, especially funeral insurance and pay premiums monthly for the insurer to come through for you financially at this difficult time. Two most important conditions to meet at claims stage is: Make sure that you (1)complete claims forms, and (2) to make sure that provide all necessary supporting documents. I suppose the 3rd condition is you must have a valid policy. I met the above conditions, and the claims team finalised my claim within a day and half. Thank you @MiWayLife for a stress free claims process, and I wish I could say the same thing about another insurer. Thanks Nosipho and the claims team.
