The service from this provider has drastically regressed over time. My internet has been disconnected for 2 months, I’ve logged a call for a technician to assess the fault at the location as well as called Mweb multiple times, but received no assistance at all. I’ve tried to cancel my contract, I was transferred to many different departments and held on the line for 45 minutes without any assistance.
Terrible experience with Road Lodge. I made payment for my booking and my booking was cancelled without any notification. I arrived at the hotel and the guy at reception by the name of Moki was extremely rude and arrogant. I was left without accommodation for the night. Extremely rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. My monies were also not refunded back to me
Terrible service from FNB!There has been fraudulent activity on my account a month ago. A fraud case had been logged, however there was no communication or feedback from the department since then. I had purchased a new card and tried multiple times to link the card to my profile without any success. I visited the Rosebank branch and was told that they could not assist me and should seek assistance from the Call Centre. I called the Call Centre various times for assistance and the agents continuously transfer me to departments that are unable to assist. I am unable to link my card to my profile for a month now. Agents at the Call Centre are rude and unhelpful.
