Vehicle went for a an annual service on 10 June 2021. On 12 June 2021 I noticed that the main headlight was not working. I phoned Subaru Centurion on Monday 14 June 2021 to notify them of this and also that I will be bringing in the vehicle on Thursday 17 June at 07.00 to have this rectified as part of the motor plan, and that I will be waiting for my vehicle. When arriving at Subaru Centurion, I was firstly again quoted on the replacement of the globe and this after I have already explained that this is part of the motor plan. Then I had to sit and wait for 2.5 hours for them to then suddenly get authorization to have this replacement done and this after I have notified them that I will be bringing the vehicle for this. Subaru Centurion does not offer customer service. They do not listen to their customers. As this is the only Subaru dealership close to Pretoria, this poor service will cause me to buy another brand of vehicle.
