I recently bought a Forester with only 40000 km on the clock. I was assured that the vehicle was fully in order. Soon realized the aircon does not function where really hot outside. Subaru took the car in for almost 6 weeks, returned the car with a stamp of approval from Subaru SA. The aircon still does not function when hot outside. Even the service manager admitted this. They then promised to take the car to Subaru SA, but no response for a few weeks. Just not willing to resolve the issue. After almost 15 years with the brand, 5 cars, I am now calling it a day.

I took my Subaru XV in for a service, and I was greatly surprised by the effort they made. They really went the extra mile for me. I would like to commend Alex for the good servivece department he runs!

I previously serviced my Subby at Subaru Centurion and it really was not a nice experience. I actually considered changing to a different car brand. Recently I came across a guy named Mark who is now working there. What a great asset this guy is to Subaru Centurion. The servicing experience is fun and he makes you feel special and proud to be a Subaru owner again

I am simply disappointed in the poor service by Subaru Centurion. The young boy Cassie is condescending and does not know how a maintenance plan works. My Subaru will not be serviced by them ever again. My vehicle was halve serviced and on collection I am informed to just stop when I pass for the outstanding work. That is 200km for me, what ill considered behavior. A case of leaving a great brand because of limited and poor service by a bunch of arrogant young people acting as if they are doing me a favour to do their work.

Vehicle went for a an annual service on 10 June 2021. On 12 June 2021 I noticed that the main headlight was not working. I phoned Subaru Centurion on Monday 14 June 2021 to notify them of this and also that I will be bringing in the vehicle on Thursday 17 June at 07.00 to have this rectified as part of the motor plan, and that I will be waiting for my vehicle. When arriving at Subaru Centurion, I was firstly again quoted on the replacement of the globe and this after I have already explained that this is part of the motor plan. Then I had to sit and wait for 2.5 hours for them to then suddenly get authorization to have this replacement done and this after I have notified them that I will be bringing the vehicle for this. Subaru Centurion does not offer customer service. They do not listen to their customers. As this is the only Subaru dealership close to Pretoria, this poor service will cause me to buy another brand of vehicle.

I am searching fir a car to buy today. I walked into Subaru Centurion 3 times, on the last time, i purposely just stood there by the car i was looking at to purchase, instead the salesmen, on the 2 previous times are just standing there ignoring you, having a smoke. The 3rd time a salesman was standing with a friend having a personal conversation by the cars, having a smoke (i stood there listening to their conversation) again, no service. 5min later i phoned their number asking if i can have service please (in which i saw the phobe ribg through to the gentlman that was standing with his friend) and said he will get someone to come help me. At this point, i could already see how my purchase is going to be handled, so i declined and left. Absolutely unacceptable!!! Did the men perhaps ignore me, beause i am gay? Perhaps, who knows.

A very good new and used car dealership. Nice central location which is easily accessible. There are a wide range of vehicles in stock. The staff are professional and very helpful. I was offered assistance as soon as I arrived. There is also secure parking on the premises. Worth visiting if interested in purchasing a new or used car.
