I approached Hibberdene Superspar with my servicedog. Security and management were on me like a pack of hyenas after the door guard let me in. Showed them the Service dog id and acredditation and legislation. I was chased out by the Gladiator Security staff and an indian male and female. I questioned their lack of discretion whereafyer 3 security guards attacked me, kicked me and hit with a knobkierrie. Dog is traumatized and I am under medical car
I previously serviced my Subby at Subaru Centurion and it really was not a nice experience. I actually considered changing to a different car brand. Recently I came across a guy named Mark who is now working there. What a great asset this guy is to Subaru Centurion. The servicing experience is fun and he makes you feel special and proud to be a Subaru owner again
Nice gadgets and solar stuff if you do not need to return a faulty product, of which you have a 50% chance. They are deliberately slow and write a little book by hand whereafter you must complete your banking details form for "Head Office' to approve the return. Very reluctant to take a faulty product back Bought 3 lithium batteries of witch one is 100% dead. Quality control left much to be desired
I am simply disappointed in the poor service by Subaru Centurion. The young boy Cassie is condescending and does not know how a maintenance plan works. My Subaru will not be serviced by them ever again. My vehicle was halve serviced and on collection I am informed to just stop when I pass for the outstanding work. That is 200km for me, what ill considered behavior. A case of leaving a great brand because of limited and poor service by a bunch of arrogant young people acting as if they are doing me a favour to do their work.
