Wish I could give this post 0 stars. ABSOLUTE PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. I received a pair of shoes that were the wrong size and broken, sent them back for a new pair (at my own expense) and after many arguments they have stopped responding to my emails. Last email from them was a month ago and I have since sent 4 emails to which I have received no response. So lucky them, They have my shoes and my money. Excellent way to run a “business”. Seems like Faris Drip is living up to their other terrible reviews. Great job. Definitely going to take legal action, no one deserves to be treated with such terrible service and have their things basically “stolen” from them.
I am honestly ashamed of my 1 star rating, because they deserve a rating of MUCH less. We have tried to use them for multiple jobs (and unfortunately paid deposits almost immediately, and therefore did not see how much of a horrific job they do). They managed to ruin all 4 of the installations we used them for. Their response times are atrocious (if you even get a response), but on top of that their installation quality is so much worse. We currently have a job where they need to install 2 vanity mirrors. To install the one mirror they actually stood on the vanity, cracked the granite top, damaged the timber unit and chipped the porcelain wall tiles AND the installation is so not seamless. There’s gaps all around the mirror. The second mirror, they haven’t even showed up to install. All of this that we have to deal with and we haven’t had any response from the installer Jonathan nor from Robin Haupt. I have never, ever, ever dealt with a more unprofessional team within the industry. I hope this review helps someone else so that they don’t have to go through what we’re going through - an unhappy client, a horrible product, damages that we have to now pay for, and additional costs to get a professional team to do the mirrors.
