I send my car for service on the 20/07/24 only to find that I have to pay cash because they said I'm out of service plan with Liquid Capital of which I did pay cash an amount of R4818.70,following I called Liquid Capital then I was told that there was mis communication my plan is still active and they paid Hyundai Springfield so Hyundai was suppose to re-fund me.i have send and signed all the documents but still I haven't received money,its been 3 weeks now when I called them they promised to call me back, I need help to get my money back please.
