Shame Melissa. Don’t feel bad you are not alone. I’m sure there are thousands of people out there does to. I’m in the same boat as you. I placed an order on 30 March and still have not gotten a tracking number. Every time I query I am told ‘ it is on its way. I promise that the delivery is coming on Tuesday then I promise the delivery is coming on Friday’ and guess what I’m still waiting. She always has an excuse. I was told processing time is 5-7 days excluding shipping time. It’s been 10 working days now. I was told you would get and sms from The Courier Guy when they going to deliver. I never got an sms. Today I asked what my delivery date is, I want to see proof of the date. She does not send me something to confirm the date, she tells me that the courier says they called me today and my phone went to voicemail. Then she sends a screenshot of an email addressed supposedly to me from a courier (you can’t even see from which courier) stating that they failed to deliver because my ph went to voicemail. I asked her where she got this email, whose email account it was sent to because I have no emails in my email from a courier. I even asked what number the courier would have called from. She deletes any comments you place on Facebook regarding the order. Whenever you query she tells you she is sending you a free gift with your order to shut people up I guess. This has been the most horrible experience and I’m only given it a 1 star because you have to select a star, there should actually be a 0 start option.
The CoCT removed our fully functioning water meter on Monday 21 June and replaced it with a new water meter. The reason given was that it was old. As soon as they replaced it we no longer have a water supply to our property. They never even checked if everything was working after the installation, they just left. We logged a call with the Service Centre the same day to report the problem. We still have no water 4 days later. We are told WMD, whom the CoCT contracted to install the meter and have to come out but they cannot say when WMD will respond. WMD has yet to arrive to resolve the matter. There is absolutely no sense of urgency from the CoCT or WMD to resolve this matter. Has anyone experienced the same issue where the water meter was replaced and you have no water after the installation? - municipal bill is up to date and water usage is within limit.
