Made a purchase with this company was told that I will receive pin for courier but to allow at least 7 working days for processing. AFTER 7 WORKING days I made contact 2 emails sent each a week apart and 1 WhatsApp message then following week, zero response. I started making comments on their fb pg which were deleted and I was blocked from page. In desperation I reached out to a public group to enquire about this business where ppl in the area vouched it was legit. People then tagged this business but still I got no response. I then sent a 3rd email and I got my mom to comment on every advert on their fb page, which mind you had just been updated an hour ago. My mom then started leaving comments under the comments section in new adverts saying ****mer alert when finally a message was then sent from this compnay on messenger stating that the order will be sorted on monday . order was now close to 1 month from date of purchase will be sorted Monday as it was a Saturday when they are 'closed' please be careful of this company. I don't recommend people purchase from this company

Shame Melissa. Don’t feel bad you are not alone. I’m sure there are thousands of people out there does to. I’m in the same boat as you. I placed an order on 30 March and still have not gotten a tracking number. Every time I query I am told ‘ it is on its way. I promise that the delivery is coming on Tuesday then I promise the delivery is coming on Friday’ and guess what I’m still waiting. She always has an excuse. I was told processing time is 5-7 days excluding shipping time. It’s been 10 working days now. I was told you would get and sms from The Courier Guy when they going to deliver. I never got an sms. Today I asked what my delivery date is, I want to see proof of the date. She does not send me something to confirm the date, she tells me that the courier says they called me today and my phone went to voicemail. Then she sends a screenshot of an email addressed supposedly to me from a courier (you can’t even see from which courier) stating that they failed to deliver because my ph went to voicemail. I asked her where she got this email, whose email account it was sent to because I have no emails in my email from a courier. I even asked what number the courier would have called from. She deletes any comments you place on Facebook regarding the order. Whenever you query she tells you she is sending you a free gift with your order to shut people up I guess. This has been the most horrible experience and I’m only given it a 1 star because you have to select a star, there should actually be a 0 start option.

I ordered something on the 1 of April 2025 and also paid from Capitec to Capitec. I still have not received a tracking number. I have sent several emails, whatsapps and left a comment on Facebook. After the comment they send me a DM yesterday saying the tracking number will be sent today. And still nothing. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed. I don't know how they even do business. Don't know what to do anymore.
