Divine Hair and Beauty - Don't buy from her

I bought and paid for products, from Divine Hair and beauty, Cape Town and claim they ship all over the country.Im in Middelburg MP. I've been waiting since 2 November 2024. I can't get hold of her via phone calls, I've been sending whatsapp messages and also commenting ons her post on facebook, with no avail. She still advertise her products on her Facebook page. And also delete my queries/comments whenever I comment on her posts.
