Legalwise is a BIG ****
Do your homework and get yourself a reputable legal policy from a reputable company do not use Legalwise they are ****mers, and their adverti*****ts is very misleading. This was my first claim with Legalwise after being a member for years’, this experience with legal wise was disgusting. After years of religiously paying every month, the time I needed them for an urgent labor matter of which I could have lost my livelihood they were not forth coming. I needed an attorney urgently and called them, after several calls with no one being able to help I went into one of the legal wise branches which still did not help. I probably called the call center more than 60 times. After I got hold of someone, I notified Legal wise that I will appoint my own attorney out of desperation, and they agreed to this. They sent me a form to sign and said that they will only pay R850 per hour (legal wise rates) for my attorney instead of R1200.00 per hour as per the attorney’s rate to which I agreed. My case was won case at CCMA by my attorney. I received an itemized invoice from my attorney of R62,000.00 for all services rendered of which Legal wise only paid R24,000.00 this is just a bit over one third of the total fees. How is this even possible!!!!! 80% of the items on the invoice legal wise rejected / refuse to pay like consultations with the attorney, telephone calls the attorney made, faxes, emails sent ect…. they don’t pay for these things which makes no sense as the attorney must communicate 3rd parties like the CCMA, Bargaining council, and my employer. Legalwise service is a disgrace and appalling and they should not be in operation, I have huge financial debt because of Legalwise and will advise people to stay away, they take your money every month but provide no service when you need them and if you lucky to get service from them it is so, so poor service. Please Help this company must be exposed.

Return items to Studio 88
I need to return a item I purchased at Studio 88 and sent about 4 email to advise me how to returns the items but recieved no response from them. Studio 88 has absolutely no customer service. They take your money but cant give the customers proper service. Please people do not purchase anything from this place they are pathetic.

Still waiting for my online order since 29/11/2021
I have made a online purchase on the 29/11/2021 and was told it will take 5-7 working days. i have sent numerus email enquiring when i will receive my order but received no response i sent 10 email in total. since my purchase and I still have not received my order or any response to my email up until today (15/12/2021), i can see they read the emails but i guess they just incapable to response to there customers. I called 6 times today and the phone was just ringing no one answered. This is probably the worse service i have every experience had and will not recommend anyone to purchase from Studio 88
